What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the planned giving program
- Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, prospects, and professional advisors
- Engage and qualify prospects through personalized cultivation and solicitation strategies
- Develop strategy for events and engagement opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in planned giving or related fields
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated track record of successfully securing planned gifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge and PG Calc software
