      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategic sales plans for retail, field sales, and offline affiliates to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
      - Evaluate market opportunities and recommend effective channel strategies for various sales models
      - Collaborate with key stakeholders on new product launches and go-to-market strategies
      - Define performance metrics and dashboards to assess sales team productivity and effectiveness
      - Act as a strategic liaison between sales, marketing, product, and customer experience teams to align goals and initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or field sales leadership, preferably in telecommunications or a similar subscription-based industry
      - Proven track record in managing sales strategy during periods of growth and market transformation
      - Familiarity with CRM and BI tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI
      - Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
      - Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire teams and foster a positive sales culture

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in fiber expansion and multi-dwelling unit (MDU) strategy
      - Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus
      - Knowledge of compensation design and sales capacity planning
      - Ability to create and implement efficient operating processes and playbooks
      - Experience in optimizing door-to-door and field sales channels
