What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, scale, and optimize systems, processes, tools, and capabilities for sales execution across various channels
- Own sales operating rhythms including forecasting, pipeline management, and quota setting
- Lead sales planning processes and drive CRM adoption and data hygiene
- Develop ongoing training and certification programs for sales teams
- Collaborate with Marketing and Field Operations to align sales execution with service availability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Effectiveness, Enablement, or Revenue Operations
- 3-5+ years in a leadership role managing teams and complex initiatives
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales technology stacks, preferably Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting field-based sales organizations, particularly in telecom or fiber
- Familiarity with new market expansion and high-growth scaling initiatives
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive change across teams
- Proficiency in promoting adoption of tools, processes, and enablement programs
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
