What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve gross profit and sales targets for the assigned territory
- Present, promote, and sell products using the employer’s value proposition to existing and prospective customers
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses for customers to ensure their needs are met
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers
- Utilize a CRM system to manage the sales funnel and report on customer insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of sales performance
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Willingness to travel as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare or medical instrumentation field
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management software
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation
- Strong problem-solving skills to expedite customer resolutions
