      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary administrative assistant to the Assistant Director of the Energy Development Services Division
      - Manage scheduling and prepare meeting materials while ensuring operational continuity
      - Coordinate program support activities across divisions
      - Assist in preparing narrative and statistical reports, as well as administrative data collection and analysis
      - Support meetings and events by developing agendas and coordinating logistics for virtual and in-person environments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience, including coordinating office procedures and preparing reports
      - OR an associate degree in general office occupations and two years of relevant experience
      - OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders

      - Experience delivering excellent customer service in a professional office setting
      - Ability to prepare, edit, and maintain reports, including research and presentation skills
      - Proficiency in entering and tracking data accurately across systems or databases
