      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary administrative assistant to the Assistant Director of the Energy Development Services Division
      - Manage scheduling and prepare meeting materials for the division
      - Coordinate program support activities to ensure operational continuity
      - Provide administrative support to agency management on behalf of their respective programs
      - Assist in the organization and logistics of meetings and events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience, including coordinating office procedures and preparing reports
      - An associate degree in general office occupations and two years of relevant experience may substitute for the experience requirement
      - Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience entering and tracking data accurately across systems or databases
      - Demonstrated excellent customer service skills in a professional office setting
      - Experience preparing, editing, and maintaining reports with clear and accurate presentation
      - Ability to develop meeting agendas and coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person events
