What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor EDI transaction flows across VAN, ERP, and trading partner systems to prevent data disruptions
- Troubleshoot EDI-related errors and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external partners
- Lead the onboarding of new EDI trading partners and ensure compliance with label requirements
- Track all open shipments and generate reports on EDI performance and issues
- Maintain relationships with VAN providers and trading partners to ensure seamless EDI operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of hands-on EDI experience or 5-7 years of supply chain/operations experience with significant EDI exposure
- Deep understanding of EDI standards and document types, including X12 transaction sets
- Experience working with VANs to configure EDI connections and troubleshoot mapping issues
- ERP system experience, preferably with NetSuite or SAP
- Knowledge of label and packing compliance standards, including GS1
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience, particularly in retail or wholesale distribution
- Familiarity with transportation management and carrier EDI
- Prior experience onboarding high volumes of trading partners
- Knowledge of EDI compliance testing and validation tools
- Experience scaling EDI operations in a high-growth company
