      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Establish regionally focused sales strategy for K-12 school districts and state-wide accounts
      - Achieve or exceed assigned quota
      - Develop and drive solution selling strategy to increase bundle adoption rate
      - Identify and address issues facing Frontline Education customers, recommending appropriate solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - 3+ years of outside sales experience in a SaaS, HCM, or enterprise software environment
      - Ability to leverage professional networks and attend conventions, conferences, and association meetings
      - Proven track record of excellence in sales activity using solution sales techniques
      - Strong communication, writing, and relational skills
      - Proficiency in web-based applications and programs, CRM tools, and the RFP and bid process

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Experience in the education or technology industry
      - Knowledge of K-12 school district operations
      - Familiarity with platform software sales process
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to travel regularly throughout the territory
