What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to clients for environmental assessments, monitoring, permitting, and safety evaluations
- Conduct fieldwork including sampling, inspections, and audits, while adhering to project schedules and budgets
- Draft technical documents for regulatory compliance and client needs
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, adjusting to changing site conditions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies during all work activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental/Safety Science or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER training
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in environmental site assessments and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with environmental and safety permitting processes
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
