What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Support sales hiring and onboarding with clear standards and structure
- Track performance and drive growth through diagnostics and KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years in B2B sales and leadership roles
- Proven coaching or mentoring expertise
- A passion for elevating sales talent and ensuring client success
- Experience in sales, hiring, and team development
- Confidence working independently in a flexible, remote setup
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with B2B companies to drive revenue growth
- Familiarity with developing sales strategies and performance evaluation methods
- Previous experience in a coaching or consulting role within sales
