      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive and operationalize Airbus values through the employment relationship with employees and leadership
      - Conduct investigations and present findings to disciplinary committees as required
      - Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to develop and implement new policies and procedures
      - Support the resolution of employee concerns quickly and effectively
      - Facilitate feedback loops on employee relations issues to the business and HR leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
      - 7+ years of experience in HR, Management, Labor Relations, Compliance, or Legal, with an emphasis on labor issues
      - Proven experience conducting investigations and leading difficult conversations
      - Knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws, including EEO, FMLA, and FLSA
      - Experience working with both hourly and salaried employees

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the aerospace industry
      - Background in a manufacturing environment
      - Familiarity with complex, international organizations
      - Prior labor union experience
