What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the screening of applicants for supported employment or pre-vocational training services
- Develop assessment opportunities and personalized learning plans for program members
- Teach skills and create learning experiences to promote independence in job searching
- Assist program participants in securing work opportunities and provide ongoing support
- Maintain communication and documentation with family members and service coordinators
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Ability to maintain personal organization systems for tracking deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
