What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Address customer support calls for Empower-related problems, providing call resolution
- Provide excellent customer service to end users by communicating all stages of progress in resolving reported issues
- Handle credential setup and modifications for users in the Empower System
- Research and resolve inquiries related to loan-level issues
- Document issues and results in real time using the ticketing system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or vocational/technical school preferred in computer science, computer information systems, or equivalent years of experience
- Previous Empower/ICE support-related experience preferred
- Ability to support both Windows and Apple systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience utilizing remote control software to troubleshoot and resolve Empower support issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Capability to work within all levels of the organization
