What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve sales and gross profit targets by following a defined sales process
- Present and promote products while conducting product demonstrations
- Drive sales for both capital and consumable products through effective customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key influencers in the industry
- Report on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in capital and consumable products
- Proven track record of successfully closing sales and developing customer relationships
- Strong business acumen, time management skills, and the ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Proficiency in technology tools such as MS Office and Salesforce.com
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
- Industry certifications that may enhance expertise and credibility
- Experience in the dental or medical instrumentation field
