What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide continuous training and education on Fujifilm's equipment and services for regional customers
- Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support, including setup and troubleshooting of Fujifilm systems
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement plans to minimize repairs
- Develop and deliver comprehensive reports detailing installation progress, staff training needs, and effectiveness
- Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired
- Knowledge and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and effective computer skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills for professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders
