What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the client's sustainability team in advancing energy and sustainability goals
- Perform data analysis and calculations to produce energy and sustainability reports
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of utility and property data in databases
- Identify data anomalies and conduct gap analyses to improve data capture
- Prepare environmental reports in accordance with globally recognized protocols
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree in Science, Engineering, Math, or related fields
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Experience in data analysis, identifying trends, and gaps
- Basic understanding of HVAC and building energy systems
- Familiarity with sustainability-related certification and benchmarking tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems
- In-depth knowledge of energy and water conservation measures
- Experience in benchmarking and analyzing utility data for sustainability
- Understanding of greenhouse gas emission scopes and reporting
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and expectation management
