      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the Senior Quality Assurance Rover, coordinating Construction Materials closeout among Rovers
      - Create material summaries and acceptance actions, and perform assurance sampling and testing
      - Conduct field lab inspections and records reviews, preparing materials certifications
      - Provide training in DOT&PF procedures, both in classroom settings and one-on-one coaching in the field
      - Collaborate with project staff and managers to successfully construct capital improvement projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or land surveying from an ABET-accredited institution
      - Two years of relevant experience in engineering, architecture, or land surveying, with one year at the intermediate trainee level
      - A valid Driver's License is required for this position
      - Requires frequent travel within the state
      - Demonstrated knowledge in civil engineering principles and quality assurance methods

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certificate or verification of passing the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination
      - Experience with construction and engineering practices related to public works systems
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound judgments
      - Excellent oral communication skills for effective presentations and interactions
      - Experience in training and coaching others in technical procedures
