      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and manage Enhanced Due Diligence programs for high-risk clients and industries
      - Collaborate with Account Management to assess onboarding capabilities for high-risk verticals
      - Clarify compliance requirements from sponsor banks and card brands in conjunction with Compliance teams
      - Communicate requirements to potential customers once EDD programs are established
      - Work closely with Underwriting, Compliance, and Legal teams on customer onboarding processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in Enhanced Due Diligence or Underwriting
      - Prior experience in payments at a processor, payment facilitator, or FinTech specializing in money movement
      - Strong analytical skills to assess industry requirements set by sponsor banks
      - Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and ability to build programs ensuring customer compliance
      - Customer-facing experience with the ability to work cross-functionally

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with high-risk verticals such as debt collection or digital wallets
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Enthusiasm for researching rules and regulations in the financial sector
      - Experience communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical teams
