What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Originate new business opportunities and close deals to expand client portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing innovative solutions to their challenges
- Consult with C-level executives to plan and strategize for their legal needs
- Collaborate with the broader commercial team to support strategic sales opportunities
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing thought leadership and professional insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B client service and consultative sales
- Proven track record in business development and generating new business
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- High-impact communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a senior individual contributor role with complex deal management
- Familiarity with the full sales process from prospecting to closing
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills in a collaborative team environment
