      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure customers enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using the IoT platform
      - Develop joint success plans with customers, detailing their objectives, metrics, and timelines
      - Facilitate executive business reviews with decision-makers to evaluate past successes and set future goals
      - Conduct workshops to assess customer operations and recommend workflow improvements
      - Serve as a mentor to the Customer Success and Support teams while promoting company cultural principles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
      - Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
      - Experience with technical products and solutions-oriented problem-solving skills
      - Proven ability to build trust and communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including executives
      - Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
