What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions
- Collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to support business decisions
- Collaborate with Senior Developers to build predictive models and generate insights
- Work with both structured and unstructured data, including preprocessing and transformation
- Apply software engineering principles and debugging practices in development tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras)
- Familiarity with model deployment using Docker, REST APIs, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD pipelines)
- Awareness of ethical AI principles, including fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation
