What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel to various locations across the United States to assist with leasing properties
- Conduct property tours and walk up to 3 miles per day
- Implement leasing and marketing plans for apartment communities
- Serve as a leasing agent, leasing apartments for approximately 35 to 45 consecutive days
- Collaborate with property owners to provide top-quality property management solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to travel 30-50 days at a time
- No prior experience in the leasing or real estate industry required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to conduct property tours and engage with potential residents

- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
