What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and test Epic's mobile applications to support clinical workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Provide ongoing maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting of application issues
- Establish ownership across EHR and IT teams for devices associated with hospital business and clinical functions
- Manage BCA Configuration tool, working with application teams to ensure build integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience with IT
- Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement is desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including project documentation and technical writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the strategic use of technology in managing and growing a business
- Experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from vision through implementation
- Knowledge of HL7 standards
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with experience in developing new concepts for projects
- Ability to express complex technical concepts in understandable terms for business stakeholders
