What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Align technology solutions with business strategies and improve business processes
- Serve as a technical liaison and broker of services with various vendors
- Proactively identify opportunities to apply technologies to business processes
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both IT personnel and business management
- Document project requirements and provide strong analytical support for multiple projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience working closely with IT
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Understanding of project management concepts and ability to manage multiple projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
- Experience in the strategic use of technology for business management and growth
- Familiarity with HL7 standards
- Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, and execute projects from vision through implementation
