      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Configure and maintain Epic Resolute PB components, including charge capture and claim generation
      - Collaborate with operational stakeholders to design billing workflows that align with compliance and revenue goals
      - Participate in new Epic module implementations and conduct gap analyses for process improvement
      - Provide tier-2/3 support for end users and troubleshoot application issues
      - Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Epic to support decision-making processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience
      - Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in information applications, including one year in programming or applications analysis
      - Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred
      - Competence in analysis and problem-solving principles with a focus on user relations
      - Ability to develop technical specifications and familiarity with application integration

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications relevant to healthcare information systems
      - Experience as a provider, clinician, or ancillary services in system implementation
      - Strong analytical skills with a focus on data gathering techniques
      - Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and regulatory requirements
      - Previous experience in user training and support
