What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the development, management, and implementation of IT initiatives as directed by leadership
- Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables while ensuring timely completion within budget
- Provide advisory and consultative support, facilitating regular status meetings with stakeholders
- Develop and deliver project-related documentation, including progress reports and proposals
- Mentor and guide Technical Project Coordinators and entry-level Project Managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in industrial/management engineering or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in a project manager role, including 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
- PMP certification required upon hire
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and understanding of relational database structures
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
