What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the employer's brand and develop a sales network within the assigned territory
- Attend selected horse shows to actively seek new sales opportunities and provide customer care through fittings
- Manage inventory of saddles and accessories in an organized manner
- Build and maintain relationships with riders, trainers, and barns
- Conduct fittings and consultations to ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with horses is a significant advantage
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience in the equestrian industry or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Passion for equestrian sports and knowledge of saddle fitting
