      Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions Inc., a Taylor company, is seeking 3rd Shift Equipment Operators to join our team in our Fort Worth location. Venture Solutions offers you a clean, well-lit, and safe environment so that you can grow into your full potential.

      Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

      Your Shift: Sunday – Friday, 10:00pm - 6:00am (3rd Shift)

      Your Responsibilities:

      • Read and interpret job information in order to determine production operation
      • Set up and operate machine inserting statements and other related materials into envelopes for mailing (calibration, cleaning, etc.)
      • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed)
      • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
      • Make continuous quality checks throughout operations
      • Troubleshoot simple issues that might occur during the shift
      • Report problems or concerns with quality results to senior management immediately
      • Place letters/packages into bins to be shipped once inserted
      • Utilize job instructions, documentation and quality procedures
      • Understand and interpret 2D barcodes
      • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

      You Must Have:

      • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
      • Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances
      • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
      • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
      • Constantly operate machinery and handle products including print materials
      • Frequently required to move inside the facility

      Requirements Within This Position:

      • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
      • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
      • Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
      • Frequently required to move inside the facility
      • Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

      We Would Also Prefer:

      • Ability to effectively communicate with team members
      • Previous experience operating Intelligent Inserters
      • Prior experience within the print industry/fast-paced high production environment
      • High degree of analytical skills
