      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex schedules for the CEO and Chief Program Officer, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
      - Draft and process high-level correspondence and manage digital filing systems
      - Liaise with the Board of Trustees, coordinating meetings and ensuring effective communication
      - Support the CEO in managing communications across various platforms
      - Exercise judgment in prioritizing tasks and maintaining confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years of executive-level administrative experience
      - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
      - Superior verbal and written communication skills, maintaining professionalism with diverse audiences
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in digital systems for calendar management
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with occasional international travel as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in additional languages, especially French or Spanish
      - Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Slack
