      Position Summary: Curana Health is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Operations Associate to provide comprehensive operational assistance to our Medical Group’s executive leadership team. This role will also involve collaborating with clinical leaders to optimize their calendar management and time efficiency. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, possess excellent communication skills, have a keen eye for detail, and interest in creating innovative solutions to executive operations.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Executive Assistance:

      • Provide high-level administrative support to six senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and email correspondence.
      • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
      • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
      • Coordinate and manage logistics for executive meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.

      Time Management and Scheduling Optimization:

      • Work closely with clinical leaders (Vice Presidents of Operations and Regional Medical Directors) across the organization to assess and enhance their calendar and time management practices.
      • Develop and implement efficient scheduling strategies to optimize leaders' time and productivity.
      • Provide training and support on best practices for time management and use of scheduling tools.

      Communication and Coordination:

      • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
      • Facilitate the flow of information and follow-up on action items to ensure progress and completion.
      • Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
      • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience in the healthcare or senior living industry.
      • Previous experience working in a high-growth company.
      • Familiarity with time management tools and techniques.
