      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage calendar and schedule a variety of business meetings
      - Handle incoming and outgoing phone and electronic communications
      - Arrange travel and reservations as needed
      - Create well-organized, grammatically correct memos and emails
      - Maintain constant contact with clients to ensure appropriate documentation is submitted

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred
      - 3+ years’ experience as an executive administrative assistant in a management-level setting
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Excellent communication skills

      - Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
      - Familiarity with project management software or tools
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
