      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the COO’s complex calendar, balancing various meetings and travel logistics
      - Prepare meeting briefs and daily summaries to keep the COO informed and accountable
      - Support operational initiatives by tracking milestones and managing project dashboards
      - Serve as the first point of contact for communications and manage stakeholder relationships
      - Develop and maintain an interactive dashboard that summarizes urgent tasks and deadlines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in tech or legal-tech
      - Exceptional organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities
      - High degree of discretion and emotional intelligence, with anticipatory skills
      - Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and collaboration tools like Asana or Notion
      - Experience in startups, SaaS, or data-driven environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in operations-heavy industries
      - Experience supporting executives who manage cross-functional teams
      - Familiarity with project management and tracking tools
