      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the executive's calendar and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
      - Support inbox management and coordinate contract processes with external vendors
      - Arrange travel logistics for the executive as necessary
      - Create well-organized and grammatically correct memos for departmental distribution
      - Maintain confidentiality while exercising administrative judgment in decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role within a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Notion
      - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision

      - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively represent the executive and the company
      - Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
      - Familiarity with contract management processes
