      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and support the Datacap platform for efficient document capture processes
      - Provide subject matter expertise across various Treasury systems and applications
      - Assist in job scheduling and monitoring using Tidal
      - Collaborate with state agencies to support business operations and IT initiatives
      - Conduct analysis and requirements gathering to improve system functionality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with at least 21 semester credits in relevant fields such as computer science or IT
      - Minimum of three years of professional experience in Information Technology Infrastructure or Programmer/Analyst roles
      - Experience with application programming or IT support roles
      - Ability to provide documentation of relevant experience and education
      - Must be able to work in the office at least two days per week

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in designing, developing, and implementing Contact Center applications
      - Familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server databases
      - Knowledge of Tidal Jobs or other scheduling tools
      - Experience with FileNet systems or DataCap software
      - Ability to perform analysis and requirements gathering with clients
