      Within Global IT, the Global Network Services team designs and maintains a secure, scalable, and high-performance global infrastructure. We collaborate across business units to deliver mission-critical solutions with agility, precision, and a relentless focus on excellence.

      The role

      Reporting to the Technical Manager of Global Network Services, the Senior Network Engineer will play a key role in supporting and evolving our global network infrastructure. Responsibilities include:
      Responding to proactive and reactive incident tickets related to Global Network Operations, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs
      Executing planned maintenance activities, including code upgrades for switches, routers, and firewalls
      Implementing infrastructure changes to remediate vulnerabilities in Cisco switches, SD-WAN routers, and Palo Alto firewalls
      Processing firewall access requests in compliance with organizational security policies
      Collaborating with lead network engineers to design and implement network solutions for branch offices and data centers
      Leading network implementation activities for new branch setups, migrations, and decommissions
      Participating in End-of-Life hardware refresh initiatives


      What you’ll bring

      We’re looking for a seasoned network engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving complex challenges. The ideal candidate will have:
      Minimum 6 years of experience in network engineering, with hands-on expertise in LAN, WAN, firewalls, and Cisco ISE
      Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, PCNSA, or PCNSE
      Proven experience designing and deploying Cisco ISE infrastructure
      Deep understanding of network protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IPSEC, HSRP, VDC, 802.11, 802.1x, and SNMP
      Strong grasp of networking concepts and protocols across all layers: TCP/IP, BGP, HTTP, SSL, etc.
      Advanced experience with identity-based network authentication mechanisms (Cisco ISE, 802.1x); ForeScout experience is a plus
      Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network optimization/acceleration technologies
      Hands-on experience with network simulation, automation, and scripting tools
      Proficiency in network monitoring tools such as HP OpenView, SolarWinds Orion, Panorama, Cisco Prime, and Wireshark (or similar packet capture tools)
      Hardware & Software Knowledge:
      Hardware: Cisco switches, routers, SD-WAN devices, and Palo Alto Networks firewalls
