      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define critical markets and identify new customers within the assigned sales territory
      - Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts to address design opportunities and business challenges
      - Ensure customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and value-added services
      - Develop strategic plans for assigned accounts, incorporating knowledge of the employer's offerings
      - Prepare and present comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews to enhance sales and customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of field sales experience
      - Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
      - In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry
      - Proven ability to articulate complex strategies and execute them
      - Proficiency in sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com and Oracle

      - Recent industry experience within the assigned market/territory
      - Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for growth
      - Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical environment
