      The Associate Field Services Specialist role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in the critical facilities and field services industry. Working closely with Field Services team, you will support audits, data collection, maintenance scheduling, and training efforts using the MCIM platform. This role is ideal for someone with technical curiosity, attention to detail, and a desire to grow into a subject matter expert in data center and facility operations.

      Key Responsibilities

      Support Critical Asset Data Collection

      - Assist in the inventory and data entry of critical infrastructure assets within customer facilities.

      - Participate in field audits under the guidance of experienced team members to ensure clean, standardized data within the MCIM platform.

      Develop GeoJson and virtual topology based on asset collection data specific to Customer locations

      Help Develop and Maintain Procedures

      - Support senior team members in the creation and maintenance of operational procedures and emergency/maintenance scripts.

      - Assist with organizing and documenting updates to procedures using templates and standard formats.

      Contribute to Maintenance Coordination

      - Help monitor compliance with CMMS schedules and track work order progress.

      - Collaborate with the Field Services team to group assets and align work plans.

      Training & Platform Familiarization

      - Learn to navigate and utilize the MCIM platform effectively.

      - Help organize training materials and assist in onboarding users to MCIM tools and features.

      Product & Field Feedback

      - Share field-level insights gathered during site visits or data collection efforts.

      - Participate in internal feedback loops for continuous platform improvement and field alignment.

      Preferred Qualifications

      - High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.

      - 1-2 years of exposure to facility operations, data centers, or other technical environments (internships and military training welcome).

      - Familiarity with basic building systems such as HVAC, electrical backup systems, or maintenance software is a plus.

      - Interest in building a career in facilities management or technical services.

      - Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to support on-site activities.

      - Must be eligible for international travel and possess or be able to obtain a U.S. passport.
