What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guarantee necessary areas for the execution of internal field trials
- Carry out trials in the geographical area of Lerida and surrounding areas
- Ensure compliance with national legislation and BASF standards during field trials
- Manage the proper use and maintenance of agricultural equipment and tools for trial management
- Maintain good relationships with collaborating farmers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University Degree in Agronomic Engineering or Biology
- Previous experience in field trials involving phytosanitary products
- Knowledge of digital tools related to trial execution (e.g., ARM, SPEAD)
- Proficiency in the English language
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex field trial results
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a collaborative agricultural environment
- Familiarity with various agricultural practices and technologies
- Additional language skills beyond English
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with farmers and stakeholders
