What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor financial performance by comparing actual results to budgeted targets and forecasts
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve organizational efficiency and profitability
- Conduct variance analysis and collaborate with department heads to review financial outcomes
- Participate in special projects, financial modeling, and data-driven initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Non-profit financial experience, especially in healthcare or CMH
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
