What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain modern web interfaces using your strongest frontend framework
- Review, test, and refine code generated by AI coding assistants
- Implement clean, reusable, and maintainable components
- Apply strong CSS fundamentals, including Tailwind, Bootstrap, or custom styling approaches
- Provide feedback on layout, accessibility, and UI/UX clarity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2–6 years of experience in frontend or fullstack development
- Proficiency in at least one modern framework: React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, or Svelte
- Strong CSS fundamentals and experience with component libraries or design systems
- Ability to interpret design specifications and translate them into clean UI implementations
- Excellent written English communication (B2+)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI, Chakra, Radix, or similar UI libraries
- Portfolio showcasing live projects, GitHub repos, design prototypes, or interactive demos
- Prior experience in AI training, LLM evaluation, or annotation environments
- Exposure to software testing, QA workflows, or documentation writing
