What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver high-quality code for features and bug fixes as defined by team sprint goals
- Write clear, concise, and well-tested code to maintain code quality
- Implement unit and integration tests to ensure reliability of applications
- Actively participate in team rituals and engage in peer code reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle exciting business challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience with modern web programming languages (e.g., Python, React)
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Foundational exposure to full-stack development, with understanding of frontend interfaces and backend APIs
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Availability for occasional on-call requirements outside of standard business hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
- Interest in working on technical projects from inception to delivery
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and practices
