What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-level assessment, support, and resolution of customer issues
- Answer inbound calls regarding product orders, parts orders, and repair requests in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on company criteria
- Handle dispute escalations in accordance with existing policies and procedures
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of service-related experience in a call center environment
- Experience in a remote and fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn systems and multi-task while assisting customers
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must be able to work mandatory overtime during peak seasons
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SAP experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
