What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect calls to support the clinical telephonic nurse team and ensure delivery on commitments
- Adhere to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable safety and environmental programs
- Take initiative for problem solving and multitask effectively within a team
- Maintain a cooperative and friendly working environment
- Prioritize work and manage time effectively to meet job responsibilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a private dedicated workspace that is free of distractions
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in a call center preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Proficient in typing and knowledge of MS Suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred
