What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform advanced GIS tasks such as creating, editing, and managing GIS datasets
- Conduct high-level analysis of data using ESRI ArcGIS software suite
- Develop geodatabase schemas and analysis methods to support project goals
- Support and develop web GIS applications using ESRI tools
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in work products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 or more years of experience in GIS
- BA, BS, or AAS in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in ESRI software, specifically ESRI ArcGIS Pro v3.x
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize work, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ESRI Certification
- GISP Certification
- Experience with CAD products like AutoDesk Map or Civil 3D
- Understanding of hydraulic modeling software requirements
- Experience in developing automation within the ArcGIS environment using Python
