  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist in developing AI-guided underwriting requirements from an underwriting standpoint
  - Collaborate with Business Transformation Leads and Agile teams to enable market-leading underwriting technology solutions
  - Create detailed business requirements, user stories, and case mapping for AI-driven underwriting tools
  - Conduct thorough analysis of current manual underwriting processes to identify AI integration opportunities
  - Provide underwriting support to product teams for the successful deployment of AI underwriting solutions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial P&C insurance Underwriting, with a preference for Specialty lines
  - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  - Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt quickly to changes
  - Passion for AI, Gen AI, and emerging technologies
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in Wholesale/Surplus Lines or Financial Lines underwriting
  - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  - Creative thinking with a focus on solving complex problems
  - Willingness to engage in a feedback culture at all levels
