      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the end-to-end processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and validating vendor documentation
      - Enter data into database systems, tracking vendor onboarding status and documentation for ACH requests
      - Maintain the integrity of accounting systems by managing the master vendor list and handling address changes
      - Reconcile vendor statements and proactively investigate invoice workflow issues
      - Act as the lead liaison for the account team, responding to requests and leading meetings with major vendors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting-related roles
      - Proficiency in Excel and experience with database management systems
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to verify data accuracy
      - Excellent communication skills for responding to vendor and client inquiries
      - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliverables independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in commercial real estate or property management accounting
      - Familiarity with vendor management systems and accounts payable software
      - Previous experience leading meetings or managing vendor relationships
      - Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation processes
