What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, coach, manage, and retain a team of commissioned Sales Consultants
- Analyze and prioritize business metrics to achieve sales targets
- Drive customer service by addressing escalated inquiries and concerns
- Foster store connectivity and build relationships with store partners
- Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
- High school diploma or GED required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a sales or management role within the home improvement industry
