What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and oversee health services initiatives to benefit clients and communities
- Schedule and conduct calls with stakeholders, providing ongoing consultation and customized work plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and resources to enhance health service utilization
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including decision makers and partner organizations
- Track and analyze program results, identifying emerging opportunities within health promotion and quality improvement fields
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizing skills
- Ability to deliver professional presentations and work collaboratively in teams
- Proficient in tracking and analyzing data related to health services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in health promotion or community health initiatives
- Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies in healthcare settings
- Knowledge of population-specific health products and services
