      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, implement, and oversee health services initiatives to benefit clients and communities
      - Schedule and conduct calls with stakeholders, providing ongoing consultation and customized work plans
      - Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and resources to enhance health service utilization
      - Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including decision makers and partner organizations
