What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process onboarding and offboarding requests for employees and contractors
- Use ServiceNow ticketing system to submit requests for new accounts and equipment
- Track progress of requests and escalate issues to vendors and management as necessary
- Communicate status updates on requests to hiring managers
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in account provisioning and deprovisioning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in a related field or a minimum of 2+ years of help desk support experience
- One year of proven experience with help desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, diverse team environment
- Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, including formulas and reporting
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ServiceNow or Okta is a plus
- Proven ability to perform well under pressure
