      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide responsive and caring support for internal inquiries on the employer's benefits plans and programs
      - Process and audit employee transactions and data requests related to various benefits plans
      - Participate as a key member of project teams for annual open enrollment and benefits/vendor implementations
      - Conduct benefits overview sessions for new employee orientation and other ad hoc needs
      - Handle claims escalations related to employee benefits work

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma is required
      - 1-3 years of internal HR benefits experience is required (excluding leave administration experience)
      - 1 year of experience working with Excel, including knowledge of formulas such as VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
      - Understanding of HRIS systems and data flow; Workday experience is preferred
      - Vendor management experience is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in claims escalations for employee benefits
      - Strong customer focus with the ability to suggest solutions based on understanding customer needs
      - Effective communication skills for sharing informed opinions and ideas with management and peers
